02 AI assistants
They answer around the clock.
Try it yourself
Three assistants, three different jobs.
Pick one, make the customer’s choice and press the button. Each step lights up as the assistant finishes it, and what the customer and you receive is shown as it looks.
The customer fills in the form on your site. The assistant answers at once, shows only the times you have opened, and makes sure both the customer and you are told. An emergency is handled by your own rules.
The times come from your own calendar.
An emergency takes a different route.

Everything the assistants do rests on what you have given them: your hours, your prices, your rules for out-of-hours work and reminders. You approve the wording of anything that goes out to a customer in advance. The company and the customers in the examples are invented.
