Three levels
Choose by how much
you want to do yourself.
The prices below are for a house lot up to a quarter acre. HOAs and associations get a quote based on the area, because properties vary too much.
Lawn
For people who tend the beds themselves but want the mowing done.

Fixed fee over twelve months. $1,560 a season if you would rather pay per visit.
Lawn and beds
What most people choose. The lawn, the weeds and the leaves.

The whole property
For people who do not want to pick up pruning shears for five years.

- Snow clearing of walkway and driveway over 2 inches
- An April visit where we walk the property with you

Fixed fee over twelve months.
All prices are for homeowners and cover everything listed for the level. New yards and stonework are quoted separately and are not part of a care plan.
The year
When we come.
We set the weeks in March and email them to you. If it rains, we move to the next week and let you know. You do not need to call.

The terms
Four things we
put in plain words.
Three months' notice
The plan runs for a year and renews one year at a time. You can cancel with three months' written notice, no reason needed.
No price increase mid-year
The price holds for the whole plan year. If we change it for next year, you hear by December at the latest, and you can cancel instead.
We ask before extra work
If we find something that needs doing and is not included, we call and ask first. We never add anything to the bill you have not said yes to.
Licensed and insured
We carry liability insurance and workers' comp. If we break something at your place, we report it ourselves and fix or replace it.
