We cook everything fresh the same day in our kitchen outside Stillwater and deliver on time, every time. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

How it works

Three steps between our kitchen and you.

All the food is cooked in our own kitchen and goes straight from there to you. It stays at the right temperature all the way to the table.

The kitchen

Everything is cooked the same day. We buy from Minnesota and Wisconsin farms when we can.

The drive

The food travels in closed insulated carriers and stays at 140°F or above the whole way. Every carrier is labeled with a table number.

We set the tables, serve, and take care of the dishes.

Everything can be swapped. Tell us what you want instead and we will rework the price before you decide.

Servers are extra at $45 an hour each, one server per 25 guests. Drinks are not included in the per-guest price. Tell us what you want and we will arrange it.

What we take care of

Allergies and temperature.

Guests enter their dietary needs through a link, and we get a list per table
Every special plate is labeled with the guest's name
Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan at no extra cost
We use high-quality insulated carriers and guarantee the right temperature every time
The thermometer reading is logged when we leave and when we arrive
Delivery within 40 miles of Stillwater is included. We bring the grill, china, linens and trash bags

What people usually ask.

If you do not find the answer here, call. We can answer most things right on the phone.

Where we deliver: Within 40 miles of Stillwater. Farther is fine for a mileage fee.
Minimum guest count: 20 guests for three courses, 30 for the buffet, 40 for the grill.
How late can we change the count: Ten days before. After that we bill the count we have then.
Cancellation: Free up to four weeks before. After that, half the total.
How long does service take: About 40 minutes for the buffet, about two and a half hours for three courses.
Can we do a tasting: Yes. A tasting for two is $95, credited back if you book.
Payment: By invoice, a 30% deposit when you book and the rest ten days after the event.
